Steve Allen Doubles Through Meredith Barrington


Carlos Loving raised to 2,000, Meredith Barrington (pictured above, left) three-bet to 4,200, and Steve Allen (pictured above, center) went all in for 11,225. Loving got out of the way and Barrington called to put Allen at risk.

The board ran out KcKcKcKcKc. Allen turned a gut-shot straight draw to go with his overs, and hit the straight on the river to double through. Allen, who has had a good series so far with three cashes, including a win in the Seniors Event, is on his second bullet and battling hard.
