John Racener Knocks Out Two to Take the Chip Lead
A clear chip leader has emerged in Day 1A, and it is local poker pro John Racener.
According to players at his table, Racener was just involved in a three-way all-in confrontation preflop, and he had both his opponents covered.
Racener had pocket aces against pocket kings and pocket queens, a very good spot indeed.
The pocket kings took the lead when a king came in the window of the flop, but Racener found an ace on the river to make a set of aces and eliminate the other two.
With that pot, Racener is now the chip leader with 134,000 chips.
