A Triple-KO for @BlueHoodiePoker
There's a big crowd gathering around the middle table, what say we all go over and see what's taking place. Look, there's a bunch of players with all their stacks in the middle, and most of them are standing up behind their chairs. The only one seated is Corey Hochman (above), and there's a good reason, but I'll get to that in a minute. Preflop, raise, raise, raise, all-in, all-in, all-in, call ... four players are all-in. Player A - Players B - Mike Puccio - What about Hochman, and why is he the only one sitting down? A) he has everyone covered. B) He has The flop comes out , top pair for Player A, backdoor Broadway draw for Player B, Puccio has a gutter straight draw, Hochman still has the best hand and picked up the best backdoor flush draw too. Turn is , river is and most all of the chips in the entire building go sliding towards Hochman. No, really, he's now not just the D...
Henry Survives, Then Busts the Bubble
No all-in-and-a-call for 27 hands, now there's action on back-to-back hands at Table 30. Henry Zou and Parm Soni are going at it, Zou at risk. Zou has Queens and has run in to Kings. There's a Queen in the window, no King comes on the turn or river, and Henry gets his double, leaving Soni now as the shortstack with about 6BB. Both players get their stacks in the middle preflop on the very next hand, Zou with AQ and Soni with Sixes. There's an Ace in the window this time, Zou flops his card each time. Soni cannot recover and Soni is the money bubble. 29 hands on the bubble today. Players are taking a 10-minute break, staff is coloring up the 100s and everyone is in the money.
